Who we are

Flow Logic helps established businesses bring their tools and ways of working up to date. We are based in Epsom, Surrey and work with businesses in person and remotely. You can reach us at warren@flowlogicuk.com or call 07958 357769.

What we collect when you get in touch

When you send us a message through the contact form, or fill in the Starter Pack, we receive the details you type in: your name, your email address and your answers. These are stored in our website's database and passed to our email automation so we can reply to you. Only we see them. We never sell them and we never share them with anyone else.

Google Analytics and cookies

If you press Allow on the cookie message, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: which pages are visited, how long people stay, and the rough type of device and browser. This helps us make the site more useful.

Google Analytics does not receive your name, your email address, your form answers or your phone number. It only sees how the site is used, not who you are.

Analytics only runs after you press Allow. If you press No thanks, or you haven't chosen yet, no analytics cookies are set and nothing is sent to Google.

Changing your mind

You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's cookies in your browser. The cookie message will appear again the next time you visit and you can pick a different answer. You can also block or delete cookies for any site using your browser's settings.

How long we keep things

We keep contact form and Starter Pack submissions for as long as we need them to reply to you and, if we work together, for as long as we work together. You can ask us to delete your details at any time; just email us and we will.

Your rights

You can ask us what details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Email warren@flowlogicuk.com and we will sort it out.
