We've been burned by consultants before. How is this different?
Three ways: fixed fees agreed before we start, everything you get defined in writing, and no pressure to continue. The micro audit is deliberately priced so that even if you never speak to us again, the quick wins alone pay for it. Bigger pieces of work are earned, not assumed.
Do we need to become an "AI business"?
No. Most of what gets talked about doesn't apply to how you actually run things. We look at your business first, then point to the one or two tools genuinely worth your time and ignore the rest. If none of it's worth adopting yet, we'll say so.
We tried something like this before and it didn't stick. What's different?
Usually it's not that the idea was wrong. It's that the team wasn't brought along with it. You built something that works. Some of it was just designed for an earlier version of the business, and that's the part we bring up to date, with the people who use it every day involved from the start. We plan for that from day one: who needs to be on board, how it's communicated, and check ins afterwards to catch it if it starts slipping back to old habits.
We're a small team. Is this overkill for us?
The opposite. Small teams feel broken processes hardest, because there's no slack to absorb them. Everything is scaled to your size: short workshops, one page process maps, and written instructions a new hire can follow on day one, not corporate grade documentation nobody reads.
What if we don't have time for a big project?
Nothing here is a big project. The micro audit takes 90 minutes of your time. A sprint needs roughly 3 to 4 hours from your team spread over a few weeks. We do the heavy lifting in between. The whole model is built to run alongside your day job, not instead of it.
Do we need new software?
Usually not straight away. Most workflow problems are process problems wearing a technology costume. We start by fixing the flow with the tools you already have. If software or AI genuinely would help, we'll say so plainly, but we don't sell it, resell it, or take commission on it.
What happens in the micro audit?
Before the session you've already completed the Starter Pack and had your First Look, so we don't start from scratch. In the 90 minutes we work through your one problem together, work out what it's really costing you, and test the fix. You leave with a written summary and one or two changes you can make that week.
